How-To: Call Forward your Main Number

  1. Go to

  2. Login to your system admin portal.
  3. Select Users

  4. Locate and click on your main number

  5. Select Answering Rules

  6. Click Edit on the Call Forward Time Frame.

    1. If the Call Forward time Frame is not listed, click Add Rule
    2. Select Call Forward in the Time Frame dropdown.
  7. Add a checkbox in Always and set the destination
    • The destination can be an external 10 digit phone number, another user or an auto attendant.

  8. Click Save

  9. Drag the Call Forward Time Frame to the top of the list and click Save.  This will set Call Forward as the active time frame.

  10. Whenever you are ready to turn it off, simply drag it to the bottom and click Save.
