How-To: Automated Attendants

As the system admin you have access to manage your Automated Attendant via the system admin login from our LineOne portal.

To access the admin portal, go to https://portal.line.one
Login Name: Admin@YOURDOMAIN (If you are not sure what your domain is, please contact LineOne Support)

Once you are logged in as a site admin, you can access your Automated Attendants by clicking on the Auto Attendant Icon in the Menu bar.



Here you will see a list of all Auto Attendants in your system. You can click on any of them to edit or review.
