Below is some information for activating your ReachUC app on your android, IOS or Windows device.  As a reminder, all standard users have access to this app.  If you are unsure what type of users you have or would like to upgrade, please let us know.
 

The ReachUC app can be found in the app store.

The link to Windows and Mac Chrome apps can be found here.

Once installed, you will be prompted to login.

Username = Your 4 digit extension@YOURDOMAIN (If you do not know what your domain is, refer to your local system admin or contact us)
Password = Your LineOne user portal password. If you do not know it, you can reset here.
