How-To: System Admin Portal
As the system admin, you have access to manage your LineOne service. This allows you the ability to control many aspects of your system.
Admins can:
- Forward Numbers and Users
- Activate Different Ring Modes
- Update and change the Auto Attendant
- Update Holidays
- Change Message On-Hold
- Review Call History (Inbound to the main number only)
- Edit User Information (Names, Email Addresses, Voice Mail passwords, etc.)
To access the admin portal, go to https://portal.line.one
