Welcome to the Admin Portal Guide. As the System Administrator, you have powerful tools to manage your company’s phone system. You can control how calls are routed, who receives them, and how users are configured—all from a central interface.
🔧 What You Can Do as Admin:
- Forward calls for users or phone numbers
- Activate or switch between Ring Modes
- Update the Auto Attendant greeting and routing
- Add or edit Holidays
- Change the Music or Message on Hold
- Review call history (inbound to the main number)
- Edit user details like names, emails, and voicemail PINs
