LineOne Voice Assessment Test

• Open your web browser and go to voip.line.one
• Notice Plugin Not Detected in the top right corner
• The first step is to install the plugin
   

• Download the appropriate BCS client for your operating system
   

• Once the client has downloaded, install it.
   

• You may see this window running.  Leave it running until the test completes.
   

• Return to voip.line.one
• It should now say Plugin Detected
   
   

• Next, select the LineOne Data Center closest to you.  
• Test Types:
  • From here, we can run three different tests.
  • Route Test will show the path your voice traffic takes from your location to the data center
  • Speed Test will test your internet speed to and from our data center
  • VNA Test is a Voice Network Assessment Test.  This test is our preferred test.  This test will simulate your max amount of calls to establish a baseline expectation for voice quality using your existing network and internet.
  • The results of all of these tests can be easily emailed to our support team by clicking the email support link at the end of each test.
• In this example, we will run a VNA Test
   

• Select the VNA Test and then enter the maximum amount of simultaneous calls you expect to have at your location, then click run
• The test has three steps
  • 1.  Testing Download
  • 2.  Testing Upload
  • 3.  Testing VoIP (Voice)
• Once the test is complete, the results will be shown.
• Click the Email Support link to send us a copy of the report
   

• Be sure to include your Name and Company Name.
